TERMS & Conditions

By bringing your cat to board at Lairshill Cattery, Aberdeenshire, we consider you have read and accepted the following terms and conditions:

 

All customers have to leave details (which will not be disclosed to anyone outwith the cattery) of address, telephone number, emergency contact, cat's veterinary surgeon and cat details;

 

All cats must have a valid, current vaccination certificate.  This must be produced on arrival;

 

The cat is of good health and does not have a contagious illness;

 

The cat has recently been treated for flea and worm eradication;

 

Owners without insurance will have to meet the costs of any veterinary treatment that may become necessary during their cat's stay.  Owners with insurance are advised to check with insurers that their cat is covered during their stay with us;

 

Payment is due at the time of collection.  We accept cash and bank transfer.

 

Arrival and departure hours (see below) are strictly adhered to.  Outwith these hours appointments are required.

Bookings

Definite bookings should be made as early as possible. When the cattery is busy you may have to leave your dates on the answering machine or alternatively you are welcome to text them.

Arrival and Departure Hours

Every day from 9am until 10am and then again from 5pm until 6pm.

Visitors

Owners are most welcome to visit the Cattery and inspect the premises before boarding their cat. Prior arrangement by telephone or text message is required.

FEES

Single cat £15.50 per day 
Two cats sharing £26.00 per day
Three cats sharing £36.00 per day
(Only cats from the same home may share.)

 

You are charged for the day your cat arrives and the day it leaves.
